Will the TEAQUARIUM glass burn my hands?
TEAQUARIUM is made of Borosilicate glass that is resistant to thermal stress.The double walled borosilicate glass allows you to handle your teaquarium without burn or frostbite or stress to the glass. However handle with caution and care whenever hot water is present in your TEAQUARIUM.
Is the stainless steel basket safe to drink from?
Your TEAQUARIUM has a removable safe 304 stainless steel filter for your tea leaves or tea bag. 304 stainless steel is corrosion and heat resistant, and not effected by organic chemicals.
How does the stainless steel basket work?
The stainless steel basket has two parts. Part 1: Lid of basket that screws onto basket. Part 2: Basket to hold all your tea leaves. Part 1: Can be used without Part 2, the lid can be used to filter fruit for fruit infusions.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
Your TEAQUARIUM is made with durable eco-friendly materials and packaged with care. If there are concerns of a faulty or damaged TEAQUARIUM within 14 days of delivery, please email us at returns@teaquarium.com with images/video of the TEAQUARIUM and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
I would like to request a return or exchange?
Please email returns@teaquarium.com with your name, purchase date and reason for return. We will inform you of your return instructions within 1 working day.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
TEAQUARIUM Returns policy does not include:
- Initial shipping charges
- Postage and Handling costs
- Liability for the loss of TEAQUARIUM being returned
- Please track your order via a registered postal or courier service

- Due to health and safety food reasons, Organic loose leaf tea and superfoods cannot be exchanged or refunded

All orders are tracked via Courier or standard postal service, depending on delivery to either PO Boxes or Home Address.
